Hydraulic Pump and Motor Testing

Once assembled, prior to dispatch all hydraulic pumps, motors and travel motors are tested for performance on our in-house test bench. All results are recored and checked against manufacturers specifications where ever possible. An oil sample is taken from the pump casing prior to it being removed from the test bench and results of both the oil sample and the flow tests provided with your rebuilt component.
Assessment
Upon arrival in our workshop, our technicians will strip and clean your hydraulic components ready for assessment. All wear components are checked, measured and recorded to our inspection report. From here we are able to provide you with an accurate estimate for repair. Where a component has failed we will work with you to provide possible causes of the faults and advise on checks that should be completed before or after re-installing your rebuilt pump.
Parts Sourcing
We prefer to use genuine parts in our rebuilds and stock a large amount of hydraulic components in-house to cut down lead times. We have specialist staff on hand to source required parts while our workshop staff continue to work on your components to speed up repair times.
Assembly
All hydraulic components are re-assembled by trained technicians.
Shipping
Once removed from the test bench, your pump is packaged ready for collection or shipping. All ports are blanked off to prevent unwanted contaminants from entering the components. We ship New Zealand wide and using Main Freight or your choice of shipping provider.
