Servicing

Installation
Our qualified staff are able to travel to site and fit and commission your new or reconditioned parts, are staff are able to fit any hydraulic components be it a pump, swing motor, travel motor, cylinders or slew ring.
On-Site Flow Testing
If you are experiencing performance issues on your machine or have noticed a reduction in power we can travel to site and perform a pressure & flow test. From these results we can compare to the factory specifications where available to accurately diagnose faulty components. This saves the expense of removing a hydraulic component if it is not the cause of the fault.
Diagnosing
We are often called to site to diagnose faults that occur either when a specific task is being performed or when intermittent faults are present. We are able to diagnose a wide range of issues, including computer or electrical faults, hydraulic faults, slew or walking issues or any other problems you be experiencing.
Our staff will work with you to determine when and how the faults are occurring to enable us to find the fault as quickly as possible. Should any repair be required we are able to supply parts or if need be repair/rebuild in our workshop.
